Using Park-By-Phone

The "How-To"

Step 1 Register (skip this step if already registered)

  • Click HERE to register. This will take you to the Park-by-Phone registration page.
    NOTE: There is a registration fee is $5.95/year.

Step 2 Reserve Locker

Reserve locker at home -

  • Click HERE to see Indiana BikePort locker locations.
  • Click on the location to see availability at each location (or go to the direct link to availability webpage for each location from the front page of IN BikePort website)
  • Call 888-310-7275 to reserve an "Available" locker. When prompted for the location code, enter the 8-digit locker ID (1212 0364 for example). You will be given a 5-digit code.

Reserve locker onsite -

  • Go to the bank of lockers.
  • Look through the window to see which locker is available.
  • Call 888-310-7275 to reserve an unoccupied locker. When prompted for the location code, enter the 8-digit locker ID (1212 0364, for example). You will be given a 5-digit code.

Step 3 Open the locker

  • When at the locker location, enter the 5-digit code into the keypad for the bank of lockers.
  • The "T-handle" for your reserved locker will pop open.
  • Turn the handle counter-clockwise to open the locker.
  • Roll your bike in and stow your gear on the hooks inside. ***Remember to take your cell phone with you.
  • Close the door firmly and secure the locker by turning the "T-handle" clockwise and pushing it in.

Step 4 Exiting the locker

  • To exit the locker, call 888-310-7275.
  • Press option 3 for same location (you won't have to re-enter the locker ID#). You will receive another 5-digit code.
  • Enter the 5-digit code into the keypad for the bank of lockers.
  • The "T-handle" for your reserved locker will pop open.
  • Turn the handle counter-clockwise to open the locker.
  • Roll your bike out and take all of your gear from the locker.
  • Close the door firmly and secure the locker by turning the "T-handle" clockwise and pushing it in. The locker is now ready to be occupied by someone else.
